OUR REVIEW OF OCTOBER’S ULTIMATE WRESTLE CRATE!!

October’s Ultimate Wrestle Crate was yet another treat that I came home to after work today. The guys from Wrestle Crate keeping up the awesome standards of crate. If you want to get on board and subscribe then head to their website http://www.wrestlecrate.co.uk and check out their Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/WrestleCrateUK/ and follow them on Twitter @WrestleCrateUK

First out of October’s crate is a cardboard tube…. inside said tube is an amazing print of The King Of Strong Style Shinsuke Nakamura, by artist Erle who has had his work featured in previous Wrestle Crate’s. This print is a belter and catches Nakamura greatly, if I hadn’t just moved in with my girlfriend then this would be going right up on the wall. What makes the print even more great is that they are limited edition pieces of artwork.

Next out is the third in the series of Wrestle Crate exclusive coasters, this months completing the former Shield line up. The Lunatic Fringe Dean Ambrose adorns the coaster and to be fair I think this one may be my favourite of the three so far and pretty sure any Ambrose fans that aren’t subscribers will be pretty jealous of this rare piece of merchandise. Looking forward to who will complete the set.

This months DVD is another Wrestle Crate exclusive from CHIKARA. This DVD is a best of from their tour of the UK earlier this year. I was lucky enough to attend the Lost World show in Glasgow and can safely say they picked a great match from the show in Heidi Lovelace against Nixon Newell. I am really looking forward to watching the Fire Ant and Ophidian match from the Two Towers show, as both are awesome wrestlers and have never had the joy of seeing them square off before. If you’ve never seen CHIKARA before then this DVD offering is great way to introduce yourself to the amazing world of all things CHIKARA.

An awesome signed photo of one of the greatest British exports in a long time, Drew Galloway was the next item I came across. Yet another piece of signed memorabilia to add to my growing collection, great work from the people at Wrestle Crate. The last few years Galloway has taken independent wrestling by the scruff of its neck not just in the U.K. but all over the world, representing British wrestling greatly.

This month also includes another Funko Pop Vinyl Figure in the form of Roman Reigns. I’ll put my hands up and admit I’m not the biggest Reigns fan but the figure does look pretty cool, complete with little swat vest, glove and beard. This figure will look sweet with the rest of my collection, the value of this alone is worth more than half the total price of the Ultimate Crate showing how great value for money Wrestle Crate really is.

The first t-shirt out this month is in honour of the stars of the territories of the 80’s and the old veterans who used to literally make the towns that they wrestled in each night. The shirt also has a classic 80’s style to it and reminds me of old tv shows I used to watch with my parents. As always this shirt is an exclusive to Wrestle Crate and am pretty happy that this shirt will now be in my wardrobe.

The second shirt and final item out of October’s crate is an awesome AJ Styles t-shirt, as a big Styles fan I couldn’t have asked for anything more amazing!! In my opinion this shirt is better than any of the WWE AJ shirts released, might even wear it to the Smackdown taping on November 8 in Glasgow. With AJ in flight doing the flying forearm in the centre in a striking blue with the word Phenomenal above, it really has a classic look and feel to the shirt. I’ve said it before but hats off to the team at Wrestle Crate UK again, you’ve done it again and gave us a great shirt.
